Athena Grace is a human behavior expert, executive coach, and public relations strategist. She specializes in using personality, talent and behavior preferences to maximize organizational performance, interpersonal communication and, ultimately, culture transformation. Athena brings more than a decade of experience in behavior profiling, social intelligence training, non-verbal communication techniques and a unique ability to recognize, predict and respond to human behavior patterns, to assist corporations in areas such public relations strategy, image control and repair, strategic partnerships, personnel alignment, de-escalation and mediation techniques, among other situations. Athena performs this work in the corporate world as well as within law enforcement agencies and U.S. Army Special Forces Command, engaging directly with special operation forces and senior leadership to profile and train soldiers on the skills necessary for intelligence work and strategic team building.
